De Fokker Terminal, een voormalige school voor luchtvaarttechniek, is omgebouwd tot een veelzijdige evenementenlocatie en ligt gunstig nabij de A4 en A12. Met 400 parkeerplaatsen biedt het gebouw veel gemak voor bezoekers. Het hart van de locatie wordt gevormd door een indrukwekkende hangar, waar vroeger de vliegtuigen stonden opgesteld.
